  waves 2 to 4 ft expected. Winds back to northerly Monday
  morning.

* WHERE...Two Harbors to Duluth MN and Duluth MN to Port Wing WI.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
