Outer Apostle Islands Beyond 5 NM from Mainland...

At 542 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 15 nm east of Oak
Island, or 28 nm southwest of The Western Lake Superior Buoy, moving
east at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Michigan Island and Outer Island.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
