            Report of strong winds from the southwest
            that lasted about an hour on Pine Island,
            approximately 3N of Tower. Report of a boat
            lift blown onto shore and water rushing into
            a cabin coming off the lake due to strong
            winds. Time is estimated by radar and time
            reported by caller. A wake low appears to be
            the most likely cause of these strong winds
            and not thunderstorms, though there were
            some in the vicinity.
