This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Snowfall from 2 to 5 inches is expected across much of the region
late afternoon Wednesday into early Thursday with some locally
higher amounts possible. The higher amounts are most likely along
the North Shore where lake effects are expected.

Strong westerly winds Thursday could create blowing snow. There
is around a 10 percent chance for gusts Thursday to reach 50 mph
along the North Shore and Bayfield Peninsula.

There is also 10 to 20 percent chance of snow squalls in far
northern Minnesota Thursday.

Additional snowfall is possible this upcoming weekend.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Lake Superior
and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Strong westerly winds will occur Thursday into Friday. A Gale
Watch has been issued for most of western Lake Superior Thursday
and Thursday night. In additional to hazardous wind and waves,
freezing spray is expected.
