This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Scattered thunderstorms are forecast over portions of northwest
Wisconsin into this evening. A few storms may be strong to
severe. Occasional cloud-to-ground lightning, wind gusts of 40 to
60 mph, and hail up to half-dollar size are possible with the
strongest storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

There is a small chance of isolated thunderstorms near the
Canadian Border Saturday afternoon and evening. Occasional cloud-
to-ground lightning is the main risk.

Frost is possible Monday night into Tuesday morning away from
Lake Superior.

Skywarn spotters are encouraged to report hail of any size and
rainfall amounts to the National Weather Service.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Lake Superior
and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are forecast through this
evening mainly over the waters of the South Shore. A few storms
may be strong to severe with wind gusts up to 40 knots, hail to
the size of pennies, and occasional cloud-to-water lightning.

Winds will veer westerly tonight and strengthen to 15 to 20 knots
with gusts up to 25 knots. The strong winds will pose a risk to
smaller vessels. A Small Craft Advisory is in effect.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Strong westerly winds persist Saturday and will gradually weaken
by late Saturday evening.

After a brief lull in stronger winds Saturday night and Sunday
morning, winds will veer northwesterly by late Sunday morning and
conditions will become hazardous to smaller vessels until Monday
afternoon.
