This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Strong thunderstorms are possible tonight for inland areas of
northwest Wisconsin and eastern and far northern Minnesota. A
localized severe thunderstorm cannot be ruled out late tonight.

Dangerous rip current action is expected to lead to a High Swim
Risk for Lake Superior beaches in the Twin Ports through this
evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Additional periods of thunderstorms are possible Friday morning
into this weekend. Some of these storms could become strong to
severe Friday late afternoon into Friday night and again Saturday
afternoon and evening. Periods of heavy rainfall could also lead
to localized flooding Friday night into Saturday.

Hot and humid conditions are expected on Friday with temperatures
in the upper 80s to low 90s and heat indices mainly in the low
90s to upper 90s. Heat Advisories are in effect.

and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Easterly winds gusting to 25 knots are expected near the Head of
the Lake through this evening. Small Craft Advisories are in
effect.

Strong thunderstorms are possible tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Additional periods of thunderstorms are possible Friday morning
into this weekend. Some of these storms could become strong to
severe Friday night into Saturday.
