Winds turn to come from the northwest through the day Tuesday with gusts up to 30 knots expected through Wednesday. There is a 20 to 40 percent chance for gale force wind gusts on Wednesday, with the highest potential in the Outer Apostle Islands and northeast of Silver Bay.
