This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Strong southerly winds will occur Saturday, which will lead to
near critical fire weather conditions expected, despite higher
relative humidity values. Southerly winds will then switch to west
to northwest on Sunday. Gusts of 30 to 40 mph each day could lead
to near- critical fire weather conditions across the Northland,
meaning that any fires that start could spread rapidly.

A few thunderstorms will be possible Saturday afternoon and
evening over portions of the Northland.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Lake Superior
and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Strong southerly winds ahead of a cold front will lead to
building waves on the North Shore and dangerous conditions for
small craft late tonight. Small craft advisories are in effect
tonight starting at 4 AM.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Strong southerly winds and building waves will continue through
Saturday with dangerous conditions for small craft. Small craft
advisories are in effect for Saturday morning into Saturday
evening.

Westerly winds will develop and increase following the cold front
on Saturday night into Sunday with gale-force winds expected on
Sunday. A Gale Watch is in effect from Saturday night into Sunday
evening.

A few thunderstorms will be possible Saturday afternoon and
evening.
