This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A pre-Thanksgiving Winter Storm will continue to impact northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin today through tonight. Heavy
snow is expected this morning along the South Shore with snowfall
rates of more than 1 inch per hour at times. Wind gusts around 30
to 45 mph along the South Shore will combine with the heavy snow
to create blizzard conditions. Winter Storm Warnings, Blizzard
Warnings, and Winter Weather Advisories remain in effect.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Lake-effect snow continues on Thanksgiving Day in the lake effect
snow belts of Iron County. Expect lake-effect snow to taper off
late Thursday night.

Snow spotters are requested to report their snowfall measurements
to the National Weather Service.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Lake Superior
and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A strong storm system will affect the western Lake Superior
nearshore waters through Thursday night. Rain and snow are
expected to create reduced visibilities. Gales to 40 knots are
expected this morning, slightly decreasing late this afternoon and
evening to around 35 knots. Highest waves of 13 to 16 feet are
expected around the outer Apostle Islands and near Saxon Harbor.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

A strong storm system will continue to impact western Lake
Superior through Thursday night. Gales will be easing on Thursday,
but conditions will remain hazardous to small craft through
Thursday night for most of western Lake Superior.

Another period of conditions hazardous to small craft arrives
Sunday into early next week as northwest winds increase.
