Extreme Heat Warnings and Heat Advisories are in effect. Scattered to widespread storms will move across the region this afternoon into Saturday, some of which could become strong to severe this afternoon into tonight and again Saturday afternoon and evening. Main concern will be damaging wind gusts and large hail.
