These conditions will be hazardous conditions for smaller vessels. Small Craft Advisories are in effect. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Hazardous conditions for smaller vessels in northeast winds persist on Wednesday diminishing again Wednesday night.
