.DISCUSSION...

Light and variable winds through this morning becoming light at
around 5 mph from the south. The inversion is expected to start
mixing out around 10 to 11 AM, leading to some slightly improving
smoke dispersal conditions, but that will be limited by low wind
speeds overall today. Otherwise, sunny skies and quiet weather
with low RH falling just below 30 percent this afternoon.

Winds become briefly southeast this evening, then southerly again
later tonight into Thursday. Breezy conditions Thursday afternoon
with gusts up to 20 to 25 mph. Increasing clouds and higher RH
during the afternoon compared to today.
