.DISCUSSION...

The morning inversion should be mixing out around 9 or 10 AM.
Smoke dispersal conditions should be poor in the early morning,
then improve into the late morning and afternoon. Winds will
switch to northwesterly fairly abruptly around 9 AM and increase
in speed. While wind gusts are largely expected to remain below
20 mph today, a few brief gusts just over 20 mph are possible in
the late morning as the inversion initially mixes out. It should
be a dry and sunny day with min RH falling to around 25 percent
this afternoon.

Winds are expected to quickly lighten up around sunset. Clear
skies, light winds, and freezing temperatures are expected
tonight. On Wednesday, light winds will keep smoke dispersal
conditions fair.
