.DISCUSSION...

East-southeast to southeast winds are forecast this afternoon and
evening at 8 to 12 mph with gusts as high as 15 to 20 mph.
Temperatures will start out around 34 degrees and cool into the
low 20s by 10 PM. Snow is forecast to spread northeast toward the
site this evening. Snow chances between 7 PM and 10 PM top out at
18%. Snow amount is expected to be less than two-tenths of an
inch. Snow chances increase again after 4 AM Thursday.
