.DISCUSSION...

A few hours of flurries are possible through late morning today, but
the better chances increase later this afternoon and last into the
early overnight hours tonight. Up to one-half inch of new snowfall
is possible (10-20% chance) with this PM snowfall today. West winds
increase from the northwest through today and are expected to persist
into tonight with gusts to 20 mph. Wind chills around +5 F this
afternoon drop to -20 F by Midnight tonight.
