Mostly cloudy today with a chance of light rain, freezing rain,
and snow possible this morning with light drizzle lingering this
afternoon. Temperatures will warm into the lower 40s this
afternoon. Winds will be southerly this morning around 4 to 8 mph
before shifting westerly by early afternoon and increasing to 5 to
10 mph with gusts to 15 to 20 mph for the mid to late afternoon
hours. Winds will become more northwesterly by sunset. Skies
become partly cloudy tonight with dry conditions. Lows will fall
into the upper 20s. Winds will remain west-northwesterly at 6 to
12 mph.
