.DISCUSSION...

Surface high pressure will be departing off to the southeast today
with winds initially out of the west this morning. These winds
will back to out of the south and increase in speed through the
afternoon. Gusts in excess of 25 mph are expected. Ventilation
will be poor at ignition time but improve to fair by 10AM. Light
snow is expected to start in the afternoon. Snowfall rates may
become moderate (0.50-0.75 in/hr) between 6PM and 10PM.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (60-70 percent) then becoming
                    cloudy (85-95 percent). Slight chance of snow
                    late in the afternoon. Chance of snow late in
                    the afternoon.
