.DISCUSSION...

Mostly cloudy to partly sunny skies through mid-afternoon, with
decreasing cloud cover later this afternoon and evening. Breezy
northerly winds developing today at 8-11 mph with gusts upwards of
20-25 mph, strongest in the late morning through mid-afternoon
before rapidly weakening this evening. Look for minimum relative
humidity around 45%, though if cloud cover decreases quicker than
forecast this afternoon minimum relative humidity could dip to
40%. Cooler high temperature around 69F this afternoon. Can`t
rule out a few stray, light rain showers/sprinkles through around
10-11 AM (10% chance), but little to no accumulation is expected.
RH recovery to 90-100% tonight expected.

Becoming drier on Wednesday as high pressure settles into the
region under mostly sunny skies. Sustained winds will be on the
lighter side at around 5 mph or less, though occasional afternoon
gusts of 10-15 mph are possible due to deeper mixing heights
increasing to 6000-8000 ft in the afternoon. High temperature
around 77F expected, with lower minimum RH of 30-35% by the mid
to late afternoon to early evening.
