.DISCUSSION...

Southerly winds will prevail today at the fire site. Expect temperatures in
the mid-60s and a minimum relative humidity in the mid-40 percent range by
early afternoon today. A band of clouds is forecast to move into the region
late morning today. If this sets up sooner than currently expected
then MinRH today may be higher by 5-10 percent than forecast. Localized
and light rain shower chances build this afternoon after 1500 LT and are
highest 1600-1800 LT. Up to one tenth of an inch of very localized rain
may (20 percent chance) be observed from any passing rain shower. A wind
shift to southwesterly will occur late this evening from 2200-0000 LT, then
further to the northwest 0300-0500 LT tonight. Gusty northwest winds are
forecast Friday with slightly cooler temperatures.

                    rain showers late in the afternoon.
