...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, Crow Wing, Pine, Cook, Lake, Carlton, St.
  Louis, Itasca, Aitkin and Cass Counties and Wisconsin, Ashland,
  Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Sawyer and Washburn Counties. This
  includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band, the Grand
  Portage Reservation, the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation, the St.
  Croix Band in Burnett County, the Bad River Reservation, the Red
  Cliff Band, the Mille Lacs Band, East Lake, Big Sandy Lake,
  Hinckley and, Lena Lake areas and the Bois Forte Band, Nett Lake,
  Lake Vermilion and, Deer Creek areas. Other locations including
  Voyageurs National Park, Madeline Island and the Apostle Islands
  National Lakeshore. The entire Boundary Waters is also included.

* WHEN...From this evening through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Heavy rainfall may lead to flash flooding. Excessive
  runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and
  other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are forecast today through
    Thursday morning. This heavy rainfall may fall on top of
    already saturated soils from other recent heavy rainfall and
    lead to excessive runoff. Flash flooding is possible.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
