This also includes the Boundary Waters western area. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread rainfall and localized heavy rainfall ahead of a slow moving cold front may lead to rapid runoff and flooding through this morning.
