...RAIN SHOWERS WITH POSSIBLE COLD AIR FUNNELS WILL AFFECT BARBER
AND SOUTHEASTERN COMANCHE COUNTIES...

At 138 PM CST, a shower was located 9 miles northeast of Aetna,
moving northeast at 25 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Medicine Lodge, Kiowa, Hardtner, Sharon, Hazelton, Lake City, and
Aetna.

Two cold air funnels were reported shortly after 1 PM CST across
southeastern Comanche County.

Conditions in the atmosphere are such that weak, brief funnels may
form this afternoon. They usually develop beneath showers or weak
thunderstorms when the air aloft is especially cold.

These funnels are usually harmless, but on rare occasions can briefly
touch down and cause wind gusts over 50 mph. If a funnel approaches
your location, move indoors.
