* WHERE...Finney, Grant, Hamilton, Haskell, Kearny, Stanton, and
  Scott Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM CDT /midnight MDT/ to 8 AM CDT /7 AM MDT/
  Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
