This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Kansas,
south central Kansas, southwest Kansas, and west central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Scattered thunderstorms are forecast to develop this afternoon
with the greatest concentration of storms generally east of a
Liberal to Dodge City to Larned line. A few of these storms may
become briefly severe with damaging straight lines of 60 mph or
greater. Localized minor flooding will also be possible should any
storms redevelop over the same areas, particularly across portions
of south central Kansas along and east of a Coldwater to St. John
line.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Organized thunderstorm activity will be possible again late Sunday
and Sunday Night and also Monday and Monday Night. The severe
thunderstorm threat will be fairly low, however slow moving storms
could lead to a localized flooding risk.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Storm spotter activation is not expected, however reports of
damaging wind gusts and any localized flooding are always helpful
and appreciated.
