.DISCUSSION...

A weak cold front continued to push slowly south, reaching the
Kismet area late this morning. Winds will gradually shift from
west to north-northeast, if it has not already done so by the
issuance time of this forecast. Winds will be from the north-
northeast through mid afternoon 10 to 15 mph, gusting to around
25 mph for a couple hours, decreasing to 10 mph or less by 3 PM or
so. A light east-northeasterly wind is forecast this evening at 7
mph or less with less than 15 percent chance of rain. Organized
thunderstorm activity is expected to remain well east of the
Kismet area.
