.DISCUSSION...

Light southeast winds will increase to around 10 mph between 9am
and noon. These southeasterly will then continue through the
remainder of the day. Mid to high clouds will gradually increase
from the west during the afternoon with a chance of light
rainshowers after sunset. Afternoon humidity values will be around
40 percent but there is a 25 to 40% chance that afternoon humidity
values as low as near 35% will be possible between 3pm and 6pm.
