.DISCUSSION...
Light southerly winds through mid-morning are then expected to turn
more southwesterly while increasing to around 15 to 25 mph with gusts
up around 30 mph this afternoon as a strengthening lee side trough of
low pressure edges eastward out of extreme eastern Colorado into west
central Kansas. Light north-northeast winds are forecast to develop by
early Wednesday afternoon behind a weak cold front pushing southeast
through western/central Kansas.
