.DISCUSSION...
In the wake of last night`s widespread thunderstorm activity, fuels
will be quite wet and will take some time to dry out, and afternoon
humidity will be a bit higher than previously forecast as a result.
Afternoon winds will be 12 to 16 knots sustained with some gusts
approaching 25 knots at times as humidity bottoms out in the 35 to 45
percent range (closer to 50 percent from Hays down to
Stafford...closer to 20 percent near Colorado line).
