Unseasonably warm temperatures will lower afternoon minimum relative
humidity to 25-35% Thursday, but winds will remain light. Much
stronger south winds are expected Friday and Saturday afternoons,
with gusts of 40-45 mph. These strong south winds will overlap
relative humidity near 20%, near the Colorado border, each afternoon
Friday and Saturday.
