.DISCUSSION...
Today, winds will increase from light and variable today into the 10-
15 mph range out of the south by mid-afternoon as cloud cover clears
from south to north. Strongest winds will be near and along the
KS/CO border. Minimum relative humidity will be in the 40-60% range.
Tomorrow, winds will be out of the south-southwest, sustained in the
10-20 mph range gusting to 30 mph. Minimum relative humidity will be
in the 25-35% range.
