MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west
  central Kansas, including the following counties, in central
  Kansas, Rush. In south central Kansas, Barber, Comanche, Edwards,
  Kiowa, Pawnee, Pratt and Stafford. In southwest Kansas, Ford and
  Hodgeman. In west central Kansas, Lane and Ness.

* WHEN...From 10 PM CDT this evening through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and
  rivers are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - One to three inches of rainfall has already fallen, and and
    additional rainfall Tonight may cause scattered flash
    flooding.
