Blowing snow possible. Total snow accumulations 6 to 12 inches, with locally higher amounts above 9,000 feet in the Sierra Madre Range and above 10,000 feet in the Snowy Range. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Sierra Madre Range and Snowy Range. * WHEN...Until 8 PM MST Monday. * IMPACTS...Outdoor recreation could become dangerous to those caught unprepared for hazardous winter conditions.
