...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WESTERN SCOTTS BLUFF...WESTERN
KIMBALL...WESTERN BANNER...SOUTHWESTERN SIOUX...SOUTHERN GOSHEN AND
EASTERN LARAMIE COUNTIES THROUGH 1230 AM MDT...

At 1153 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Yoder to near
Carpenter. Movement was east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Torrington, Mitchell, Pine Bluffs, Morrill, La Grange, Lyman, Burns,
Albin, Yoder, Henry, Egbert, Stegall, Southern Hills Estates, Scotts
Bluff County Fairground, Torrington Municipal Airport, Panorama
Point, Hawk Springs State Recreation Area, Hawk Springs, Hubbard
Hill, and Pine Bluffs Municipal Airport.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 377 and 402.
 Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 1 and 6.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight MDT for
the Panhandle of Nebraska...and southeastern Wyoming.
