...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN BOX BUTTE...
SOUTHWESTERN DAWES AND EAST CENTRAL SIOUX COUNTIES THROUGH 815 AM
MDT...

At 729 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles southwest of Fort Robinson State Park, or 36 miles southwest of
Chadron, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Box Butte Campground, Box Butte Reservoir, Fort Robinson State Park,
Belmont, Marsland, and Box Butte Dam.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
