* WHEN...From 2 AM Sunday to 11 PM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
  hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
  campers and tractor trailers.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This will be a long duration wind event.
  While strong winds with gusts of 55 mph or greater are anticipated
  for most of this period, the greatest potential for gusts of 70
