West to southwest winds are expected to increase this weekend with
strong winds through early next week. A High Wind Watch is in
effect beginning Saturday evening for the Wind Prone areas of
southeast Wyoming.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of panhandle
Nebraska...east central Wyoming and southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Although a general warming trend is forecast to begin Friday, very
cold temperatures are expected each morning with lows in the
single digits and wind chill temperatures as low as 15 below zero.
