This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of panhandle
Nebraska...east central Wyoming...south central Wyoming and
southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

- Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will occur this
  afternoon through this evening, producing gusty winds to 40 mph
  and periods of moderate to heavy rain.

- Patchy fog is expected to develop late tonight into tomorrow
  morning across portions I-80 from Laramie to Sidney.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

- A cool and wet pattern is expected for the entirety of the
  forecast period, with daily chances for precipitation and highs
  5 to 15 degrees below average.
