.DISCUSSION...
Gusty winds will continue today with frequent westerly gusts of 40
to 50 mph. Gusty winds continue tonight, with gusts remaining
above 35 mph through the night. Winds will finally relax during
the day Thursday, lowering to 10 to 15 mph Thursday afternoon.

Drier air will remain in place today, remaining between 25 and 30
percent through the afternoon. Temperatures will generally remain
below freezing, and combined with gusty winds will bring wind
chills readings near zero through the day. Skies remain nearly
clear through the next 36 hours.
