.DISCUSSION...

Light winds are expected overnight through 2PM Thursday afternoon, generally
out of the west, around 5 to 7 mph. After 2PM, winds pick up out of the north
to northwest between 8 to 10 mph with no significant gusts expected. Light
and variable winds return Thursday evening, generally out of the south, from
5 to 7 mph through the night. Winds pick back up again early Friday morning.
Overnight recoveries tonight are expected to be between 55 and 60 percent
with afternoon humidity values dropping into the 15 to 20 percent range.
Precipitation chances are minimal to none throughout the entire period with
mostly clear skies becoming partly cloudy Thursday afternoon.
