.DISCUSSION...

Winds will be a concern for the entire forecast period. Expect gusts
of 40 to 50 mph through much of the day today and into tonight. Gusts
to 60 mph are expected Tuesday. There is potential for higher gusts to
around 75 mph Tuesday, but confidence is lower in reaching that mark.
Snow showers will end this morning, and then return Tuesday afternoon.
Blowing snow will be around through the forecast period.

                    snow showers early in the morning. Patchy
                    blowing snow through the day.
