.DISCUSSION...

Gusty west to southwest winds are expected this evening and most of the
overnight. Frequent gusts of 30 to 40 MPH are likely, which will limit
overnight humidity recoveries. Max RHs will be around 60 percent. Winds will
begin to ease early Thursday morning. No storms expected on Thursday.
Minimum RHs will fall to about 25 percent with westerly winds at 10 to 15 MPH.
Gusts of 20 to 25 MPH will be possible. Southerly winds Thursday night will
lead to poor overnight humidity recoveries around 40 percent.
