.DISCUSSION...

Current observations show a relative humidity of 29 percent with winds out
of the south at 10 MPH. Mild and dry conditions continue through this
afternoon. Winds will pick up this evening and be sustained around 15 MPH.
Humidity will recover to about 60 percent overnight. Winds will turn out of
the west-northwest at 20 to 25 MPH with gusts up to 35 MPH possible on Tuesday.
Minimum relative will fall to about 18 percent during the afternoon hours.
There is a slight chance for an isolated shower or thunderstorm during the day.
