.DISCUSSION...
Near critical fire weather conditions are expected today for the
fire area. RH will be very low this afternoon, dropping to near 10%
with west winds becoming southwest occasionally gusting 20 to 25
mph. In addition, an isolated high-based shower may bring gusty
and erratic winds to the area this afternoon or evening, although
the chance of wetting rainfall is near zero.
Winds may be briefly variable this evening before settling on
south overnight, and returning to west on Sunday. Near critical
fire weather is expected again Sunday with very low RH and winds
gusting to around 20 mph.
