.DISCUSSION...
Very dry conditions are ongoing today and expected again tomorrow
mainly north of a roughly Laramie to Chadron line with RH between 8
and 15%. However, winds are remaining below critical today, and
should do so once again tomorrow. The primary area for elevated
fire weather conditions will generally be in Converse, Niobrara,
Goshen, and Platte counties where RH will approach 10 to 15 %
with occasional south to southeast wind gusts of 20 to 25 mph.
Expect higher humidity to move back into the area on Thursday
as thunderstorm chances return as well. Fire weather concerns
will be fairly minimal Friday onwards with cooler temperatures,
higher humidity, and more widespread rainfall chances expected.
