HIGH WIND WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY
AFTERNOON
.DISCUSSION...Another risk of elevated to briefly critical fire
weather conditions will be possible east of I-25 today. Main
concerns are that moisture may be just sufficient enough to
preclude critical conditions for more than an hour or possibly
two at best, but breezy winds around 20-30 mph definitely
possible and RH values will be monitored today. Similar concerns
are expected on Thursday with similar thoughts on conditions being
too brief to warrant red flag conditions. Moisture returns by
Friday which will bring less favorable fire weather conditions
through at least the weekend.
