.DISCUSSION...
Today is expected to be dominated by shower and
thunderstorm chances as a Pacific low moves into the region with
widespread moisture accompanying. But on Monday drier air will
filter in behind it with a strong low-level jet & pressure
gradient as well. With RH values back into the teens and winds
gusting between 40-60 mph potentially, a Red Flag Warning is in
effect for Monday afternoon for much of southeast Wyoming,
alongside a High Wind Watch for Rawlins, Arlington, and Bordeaux.
Temperatures cool dramatically on Tuesday and RH values will
increase again, keeping us out of elevated to critical concerns
through the remainder of the week.
