Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southeast Wyoming/Western Nebraska
National Weather Service CHEYENNE WY
241 AM MDT Tue Oct 7 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Fire weather concerns will remain minimal today with cool temperatures,
decent RH, and light winds continuing. A warming and drying trend
Wednesday and Thursday will push fire weather back into the picture
with locally elevated fire weather conditions possible, particularly
on Wednesday. Both days will feature above average temperatures and
lower RH, but winds will be stronger Wednesday. Moisture is expected
to increase again on Friday into the weekend.
