.DISCUSSION...Enhanced fire weather concerns are expected today
due to breezy winds and low RH values into the low 20`s to mid to
upper teens. Pockets of near critical fire weather conditions
could occur from Wheatland eastwards through Scottsbluff and
Alliance, but unfavorable fuels on the Wyoming side should
preclude critical conditions here, and if critical conditions do
occur in the Nebraska Panhandle they should be brief and not last
long enough to warrant Red Flag Warnings. Fire weather conditions
will then subside through at least the rest of the week as
easterly to southeasterly flow brings plentiful moisture to keep
minimum RH values generally well above 25-50%.
