.DISCUSSION...

Critical fire weather conditions expected late this morning into the
early evening hours for the western Nebraska Panhandle. Afternoon
minimum relative humidity values drop into the 13 to 18 percent range
with winds gusting upwards of 30 mph. A Red Flag Warning is in effect
for all of the western Nebraska Panhandle. Elevated fire weather
continues Saturday and Sunday morning ahead of the next chances for
widespread precipitation Sunday afternoon into the early week.
