.DISCUSSION...
Borderline Red Flag conditions are possible both this Thursday afternoon
as well as on Friday afternoon over the Nebraska Panhandle and far southeast
Wyoming. RH values will drop to around 15-20% during peak heating during the
afternoon with wind gusts up to 20 mph possible. However, strongly gusty
winds are not likely and RH will recover into the 50% range overnight on
both nights. Precipitation is not likely until the end of the weekend.
