.DISCUSSION...Daytime RH values should remain above critical
thresholds today while widely scattered showers/storms will be
possible during the afternoon with a risk of some isolated dry
lightning possible, but not high enough to warrant a red flag
warning. Into early to middle of next week RH values will descend
to critical values of 8 to 15%, but a weakening pressure gradient
should limit winds and should mostly preclude red flag conditions.
Late in the week a cold front will return moisture while also
helping to cool the region to more temperate daytime highs.
