The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  West Central Goshen County in southeastern Wyoming...
  Southeastern Platte County in southeastern Wyoming...

* Until 830 PM MDT.

* At 519 PM MDT, Local law enforcement reported thunderstorms
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2
  inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to
  1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing
  or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Chugwater, Slater, Bordeaux and Antelope Gap.

This includes Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 54 and
59...and
between mile markers 60 and 62...and
between mile markers 63 and 70...and
between mile markers 71 and 73.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
