...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Freezing rain. Ice accumulations of a light glaze.

* WHERE...Columbia, Northern Lycoming, Schuylkill, Sullivan, and
  Tioga Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The temperatures will warm above freezing
  this morning and end the threat of ice accumulating on surfaces.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
